Job description, responsibilities and duties
We’re looking for a friendly, team-oriented person to join us remotely in our Customer Experience Team. This role is about helping clients succeed with Datamolino - through clear communication, onboarding, demos, and long-term relationship building.
You’ll start by learning the product and gaining hands-on experience through support channels (chat, email, calls). Once you’re up to speed, your focus will shift toward client-facing communication: running demos, onboarding new clients, checking in with existing ones, and helping them get the most out of the product.
We’ll support you with training and guidance. At the same time, we’re a small team - so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable taking initiative, asking questions, and working things out independently when needed.
This is a broad role with communication at its core - but because we’re a small team, you’ll occasionally step in to help with other tasks too, like support coverage, improving onboarding materials, preparing outreach messages, or collecting client reviews.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead client-facing communication: run product demos, onboard new clients, guide them through key workflows, and answer follow-up questions.
- Build long-term relationships with our users by checking in, offering guidance, and helping them get real value from Datamolino.
- Learn the product by starting in support - helping users via chat, email, and video calls - so you can understand their needs and speak their language.
- Spot recurring issues or questions and share client feedback with the team to help improve the product.
- During quieter periods, work on proactive tasks like improving onboarding materials, preparing outreach messages, or collecting client reviews.
