In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, closely collaborating with our project management experts to steer and delineate work packages utilizing the innovative delphi project methodology. Furthermore, you'll have the chance to oversee and ensure the successful execution of projects in alignment with the project plan. Your Tasks

• Collaborating with our team to analyze requirements and develop creative solutions that span across multiple business areas
• Getting your hands dirty with cost estimates and working alongside our Project Managers to bring your ideas to life
• Working closely with our "Technical Consultants" to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into our clients' systems
• Creating functional design documents and specifications that make modifications to the systems more efficient and effective
• Being a leader and coach during implementation phases, providing guidance and support to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Supporting parameterization and the creation of test cases, using your expertise to ensure our solutions are top-notch
• Managing key accounts for dedicated customers, always aiming for a win-win situation. You'll work to fulfill customers' needs while keeping their corporate goals in mind
• Collaborating with our Sales team to acquire new customers and maintain existing customer satisfaction. You'll be a key player in building and maintaining our relationships with clients


Your Profile

• With a solid foundation as an Oracle Consultant, you're a
seasoned professional well-versed in the intricacies of ERP systems
• You shine as a true expert in the field of Order Management within
the broader spectrum of Supply Chain and Logistics. Your mastery
extends to Inventory, Procurement, and Cost Management, making
you a go-to authority for tackling complex challenges in these areas
• You're a quick learner when it comes to business management processes, and you're not afraid to dive headfirst into a new challenge
• You've got the gift of gab and can present your ideas in a way that's both convincing and confident
• You're a team player who's always focused on the customer, and you know how to maintain a positive and pragmatic working style
• Fluent English is a must, and if you happen to speak German, that's a huge plus
