Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Microsoft Dynamics AX Support Lead.

Purpose of the role:
The AX Support Lead is responsible for all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX application engineering, operational, and Helpdesk support, especially in the area of finance.
This role will be designed to work closely with the Global Business Service (GBS) team to have a good partnership that will ensure all business processes and issues are look at in a timely manner.

• Work on small projects with leading the support and operational task.
• Manage training classes for the AX support team on AX 2009 functionality to have a better educated team for supporting the end users, including some of the key users.
• Create test plans, test cases, and perform functional testing
• Translate complex business processes into deployable and functional solutions
• Anticipate, Monitor, Diagnose, Analyze & Recommend / Resolve System Performance
• Writes and maintains work Instructions for new and existing systems.
• Develops and maintains SOX and FDA compliance procedures.
• Manages the Help Desk queues for non-Operational related issues and resolves or escalates.
• Review/work the 1st level support tickets
• Create and submit monthly reports to management to generate high level statistical reports based on all divisions
• Build an excellent working relationship with the Dynamics AX ‘Super Users’, AX support team, each business process team, and as well as 3rd party support organizations.
• Work with the architects and developers to translate requirements to system design and configure AX to satisfy requirements
• Build a partnership between the GBS team and the AX Support team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- University education in a related area - Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant experience in the same
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0/AX 2009, especially Finance modules and Atlas
- Practical experience of Microsoft Applications; Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Professional work experience covering all aspects of Finance modules including GL, AR, AP, Bank, Costing and Inventory
- Fluency in English language, other languages would be beneficial
- High organizational skill set is required to keep track of day to day activities
- Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
- MS Office
- communication skills and ability to prioritize
