Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Transition & Automation Lead.

Purpose of the role:
1. Manage requests for change of GBS (Global Business Services) scope, consult with executives or experts about possible implications of the proposed changes and approve or deny the requests
2. Keep in constant correspondence with interested parties
3. Develop presentations to prospective and current clients, as well as to colleagues. Educate either internal or external customers in improvements or updates to operations, IT or other areas
4. Cooperate on different projects, e.g. division mergers and SSE (Single Selling Entity) integrations, ensure the projects are well managed from technical and communication perspective. and liaise with the IT teams to ensure projects are well managed from the technical
5. Continuously focus on process improvements and automations to grow efficiency, and partner with GPOs (global process owners), Managers and other parties involved in the process to expedite projects driven by these goals.

Responsibilities:
 Manage requests for change of GBS scope, prepare transition activities for all teams involved, communicate goals and timelines of knowledge transfer, implement and regularly update tools and measures to monitor Transition success
 Present the Transition progress and results to the involved parties and to the Leadership
 Drive process standardization across divisions and regions where possible, implementing standard process flows and eliminating the process gaps
 Cooperate on different projects including division mergers and SSE (Single Selling Entity) integrations, liaise with the IT teams to prepare and test set-up in ERPs, facilitate the communication flow and ensure all parties involved are aligned with regards to the timelines and receive on-time information about the progress of projects
 Create process improvement groups from the operational teams selecting the right skillset, define the objectives and manage the groups to achieve the process improvement and/ or automation goals within agreed timelines.
 Interact with GPOs, Managers and division POCs (from Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.) for process-related matters to expedite projects driven by these goals.
 Present the results on efficiency growth, cost reductions and/ or quality improvements to the Leadership

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- University education in a related area
- Minimum 6 years of Finance and Transition management experience preferably in a Shared Service Center
- Relevant experience with Transition of work from other teams, knowledge of Transition tools and measures to monitor Transition success
- English language is a must, any other European language is an advantage
- Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-cultural teams and coordinate work between different countries with multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to high performance, timely issue resolution and delivery of results in alignment with set targets and deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
