Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Change Management Lead.

Purpose of the role:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Change Management related to Finance Transformation
• Develop/execute project communications/departments communications aligned with the overarching Finance Transformation communications strategy, which is led by Corporate Communications
• Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to track, strategize and execute people-related FT items
• Status reporting and risk identification/management;
• Draft and facilitate ad hoc communications as requested and needed
• Participate in Stage Gate meetings to ensure people-readiness items are completed per Project milestone

Responsibilities
• Develop operational/process communications plans and facilitate delivery of Finance Transformation communications
• Maintain stakeholder list and update with relevant information
o Understand who is in which group, what changes will impact them, and how best to communicate those changes
o Track meeting topics and types of engagement needed with each group
• Plan for and help mobilize leaders in North America, EMEA, APAC/LATAM to support subsequent waves of Transition / work shadowing (e.g., at the local site level)
• Support kick off of work shadowing; prepare and deliver people/culture training; provide people-related interventions as needed (in partnership with HR and Comms)
• Support GPOs on operational readiness (tactical) people-related items related to rolling out their Initiative Charters
• Provide input on messages to communicate Service Delivery Model, Escalation pathways, and post-Go Live Hypercare plan
• Update change approach/change activities based on outcomes from Regional Refinement sessions (RTR, I2P, I2C, region-specific, etc.)
• Develop and execute training related to certain roles and/or process changes/enhancements coming with Future State process
o Using Training Needs and Change Impacts captured during regional refinements, note: this would be relevant following “Lift and Shift” but in particular for RTR and beyond

• Build project/department communications plan and provide support for FP&A changes (new org, initiative charters, new system implementation, training)
• Support FP&A Pillar Leaders
• Plan for / execute operational readiness items related to their initiative charters
• Support HR with role descriptions for global org design of future-state FP&A change
• Support FP&A and HR with onboarding of new hires

Personality requirements and skills

- University education in a related area
- English language is a must, any other European language is an advantage
- Transition management experience, preferrably in a consulting company or in a Shared Service Center
- Understanding of change management theories and proven experience of delivering a change in a company
- Relevant experience with transition of work from other teams, knowledge of transition tools and measures to monitor transition success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-cultural teams and coordinate work between different countries with multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to high performance, timely issue resolution and delivery of results in alignment with set targets and deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
