Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
Agile coach is a change agent who combine technical knowledge with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company’s software and systems development processes on the enterprise level. They play a critical role in successfully implementing any agile transformation and execution. The agile coach’s ultimate goal is to provide agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential.

Key accountabilities
Coach agile teams in the methodology to integrate related methodologies within the company Develop standards and requirements for the agile process to improve the company software and services delivery processes Provide training to employees on the agile process and help teams navigate agile tools and software to support the transformation of the company towards lean and agile Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in to an agile transformation.

Wage (gross)

2 300 EUR/monthMinimum 2300 brutto + variable part + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
