Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
• Independently and autonomously performing all kind of deployment tasks for Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP)
• Detailed service awareness of customer core business processes, customer contracts and SLA.
• Project, transition, transformation support and related activities with ability to lead assigned area of his/her support.
• Maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (ITIL)
• Interaction with other teams and vendors in relation with operation issues and activities
• Automation and innovation activities
• 3rd level support

Accountabilities and tasks
• Ability to perform deep dive analysis and providing technical solutions for existing operational issues
• Responsibility and accountability for particular systems (depending on internal structure of team)
• Independent troubleshooting of complex issues within defined expertise.
• Creation of Runbooks for non-standard activities
• Project participation and implementation.
• Proper steering, escalation and de-escalation communication internally and with customer
• Participation on on-call duties,
• Knowledge sharing with other employees
• Making complex analysis about system performance (SAP, DB, various components related to SAP app, analysing logs)
• Implementation of very complex changes (Installation of systems, EHP upgrades, system copy – ABAP and Java, system migrations)
• Event/incident management

Wage (gross)

1 150 - 1 500 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1150 - 1500 EUR/brutto.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience 2-3 years
• Advanced IT/PC literacy
• Administration of Linux and databases (HANA, Oracle, MaxDB, DB2,…)
• Complex SAP Technology knowledge.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge and process awareness.
• Analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Reliability and responsibility
• German is advantage
