Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Check and solve issues (incident tickets, change management tickets, problem tickets, and delivery orders) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality index (KPIs and internal processes as INM, CHM, PRM, DOM) on 2nd level environment.
• Operate and implement HP (MicroFocus) Automation toolset ( HP-OO/-CSA/-SA//-DMA/-AI) according to Guidelines, Working Instructions and Procedures set by Application Management
• Conformity with the internal work instructions and process guidelines within T-Systems.
• Follow the defined escalation standards in case of deviations.
• Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
• Communication with colleagues from international environment inside and outside the company.
• Independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise.
• Perform team specific non-technical tasks such as quality/ process/ reporting to support daily operation.

Wage (gross)

815 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 815 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Advanced knowledge of ICT environment
• At least basic knowledge of Linux OS
• General knowledge of MS Windows Server OS
• Experience with Oracle DB
• Experience with HP OO, HP CSA, HP SA, HP DMA is a big advantage
• Overview of the ITIL processes
• German advantage
