Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Performs tasks related to the respective Production processes. Coordinates and controls processes according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction. Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management.
• Coordinates and organizes activities related to group of colleagues related to daily tasks or small team projects on a regular basis. Provides active on site support, training and development activities for other colleagues.
• Identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions and actively defines and implements improvements. Governance of the process management within the unit or company. Propose and implements changes in processes or sub-processes according to valid standards and in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity. Provides consultancy in assigned processes. Prepares and controls optimization measures relating to processes and reporting.

Accountabilities
• Generates analyses and follows up on the compliance status of his organizational unit. He has to fulfill the central and local standards.
• Is responsible for the completeness, accuracy and quality of the compliance checks.
• To check and challenge the data quality
• Responsibility for the functional design of the license management within the unit
• Control of ad hoc measures such as audits, etc. in the unit.
• Control of the implementation of operating processes or process steps of the LM process.
• Derives and implements measures in case of being under- /over-licensed and for pooling.
• Demand planning for his organizational unit.
• Manages and stores the license certificates. He must be able to create a list of the managed license inventory regularly which is uploaded to SmartTrack as commercial data.
• Administration of license certificates directly in the license management system (Smart Track), e. g. in case of organizational changes or usage updates.
• Administration and maintenance of archiving system for license certificates.
• Management of license keys and, when required, license data volumes (disks).
• Support + monitoring of the procurement process.
• Upload of electronic license certificates in SmartTrack.
• Proof of available licenses on demand.
• Manage teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken.
• Leading in building up respective process communities to increase awareness to expected levels.
• Managing of quality related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level.
• Manage the interface between quality and operational topics to ensure proper communication.
• Manage quality initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
• Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge.

Wage (gross)

930 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 930 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) a German - Intermediate (B1)

• Experience in IT Services minimum 2 years
• Detailed overview of ICT industry environment
• Steering of projects in project management for complex and multi-national projects
• Deep knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. KPI reporting, Management systems, Excellence programs, License management tools)
• Experience of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop)
• General overview about ITIL processes
• Certification from quality area (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, License metrics and tools, ..)
• Communication skills
