Lead Delivery Solution Manager / LDSM/ leads Big and Major deals on behalf of the LBU and T-Systems internationally and deliver solutions
from within and outside of portfolio Accountable for the Solution Architecture & Costing of entire solutions for the customer account, in context
of T-Systems portfolio, standards and principles. The owner of this role 9rovides fast determination of multiple business requirements and
provides the most appropriate and the best-fit solution architecture, design and costs to meet the business requirements.

Accountabilities
• Lead Delivery Solution Manager owns the architectural design through the initial phases of the design (request, concept and high level), and hands over the design after customer order for detailed phases of the design to delivery management. Ensures that the work is always of the highest industry standards and qualities as set by T-Systems, and meets agreed deadlines.
• LDSM needs to be adaptable, changes his approach and methods to meet differing circumstances and audiences. This senior role requires communication, negotiation and influencing skills at differing levels particularly with DSM Experts, Bid Managers, Sales Consultants, Enterprise Architects and Production locally and internationally within T-Systems, customers and suppliers.
• LDSM creates solution, costing and approves proposal of the solution produced by the solution architecture team.
• LDSM presents Solutions and Solutioning approach, up to board-level audiences (internal and external) and discuss the technicalities of the solution with the solution architecture team. LDSM presents multiple solutions and articulates chosen solution(s) with confidence and influence to customers.
• LDSM identifies opportunities for adding business value via reduction of operational costs and improvement of service levels. Prepares T&T planning.
• LDSM develops and presents storyboard to customers.
• Regulary reviews the contract draft and documents the status in the deal checklist. In Request For Proposal defines staffing and key roles.
• LDSM leads improvement programmes and Key Performance Indicators in terms of systems, process and tools to improve the overall Quality, Speed and Cost of T-Systems.
• LDSM demonstrates ongoing familiarity with Market trends.
• Acts as a facilitator and mentor to more junior members of team and others within the organisation.

Management scope
Coordination and cooperation with different teams of DSMs, Solution designers, Costing experts, Bid managers in project mode and teams from production/provisioning and operation of over 15 people directly and over 30 people indirectly. This senior role requires communication, negotiation and influencing skills at differing levels particularly with DSM Experts, Bid Managers, Sales Consultants, Enterprise Architects and Production locally and internationally within T-Systems, customers and suppliers. This role mandates the leadership of a team of experts from third party partners, including the cooperation of stakeholders within the bid phase. Responsibility for project proposal over 10 mil EUR.

Wage (gross)

2 300 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 2300 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
