Job description, responsibilities and duties

24/7 Support of the daily operation of a high profile customer. Manage highly secured network, troubleshoot and implement improvements. Independently check, execute and solve tickets in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality, Participation on Internal Customer project and transitions.

Accountabilities
• Resolution of disruptions in services, service degradation,
• Communication with customer via phone and/or email
• Smooth and uninterrupted operation of customers' environment.
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation
• Independently check, execute and solve tickets
• Implement changes on networking devices and other parameters according to change requests
• Fulfilment of specific Customer requests
• Independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise
• Participation on Internal Customer project and transitions

Wage (gross)

850 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 850 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
