Job description, responsibilities and duties
If you want to start as SAP basis administrator in T-systems this is right position for you! You can start your career with learning what is SAP, databases, platform operation. From the begging will be your duties lot of learning and studying about our world and performing basic task in team as monitoring, solving easy issues, dealing with customer requests. What we expect is willingness to be helpful in team. Proactivity and self-development. Of course we have our system how to help you but key is your attitude.
Accountabilities
• Use monitoring tools to identify actual and potential issues. Once needed take necessary actions to fix it
• Performing system adjustments based on the customer request, technical need or as a prevention of issues
• Fulfilling quality requirements (team, company, customer)
• Internal and external communication in English
• Performs tasks given by superior or defined senior team member
• Recognize relevancy of information
• Resolving simple events and incidents recognized by monitoring and customer to ensure stable operation of the system
• Executing standard changes according to existing runbooks to ensure proper adjustment of the system
What will be expected from you ?
• Working in LINUX/AIX environment
• Basic event/incident management (customer approval not needed) based on runbooks or approved documentation
• Performing maintenance and health checks
• Transport management
• Archiver stack solving
• Database (DB) check issues solving
• System restarts
• Changing of SAP Systems and SAP/DB parameters
• Tablespace extensions and management
• Copying of files / create directories /access rights / change permissions / update files
• Move, start /stop systems on different hosts
• Make additional backup with Business Related tools

Wage (gross)
855 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 855 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
