Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
Providing Administrative Support and coordination for the Sales and Service Organization, in the areas of finance, procurement, service level agreement (SLA) management, sales and reporting.

Key accountabilities
• Designs and produces internal and external reports related to Sales and Service management processes
• Collect and compile different KPI reports like Incident, Availability and Performance
• Providing inputs for creation of different kinds of Sales and Service Management reports
• Organize/participate on teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to inform about actions to be taken
• Communication with identified stakeholders on daily basis to collect relevant inputs
• Creating of shopping carts based on input from SDM in order to create purchase order
• Providing support for creating invoices based on inputs from SLR Reports, Availability reports, Problem management reports, orders and offers, Capacity reports
• Coordination of Capacity Forecasts within the Capacity Management
• Process and proposals with an aim to optimize production
• Process order for customer in specific tool to deliver customer requests (creation of orders)
• Validates request in tool and collect all necessary information, documentation to complete the order
• Delivers requestor/customer acceptance of delivered service
• Coordinates order and provides support to implementer’s teams to deliver customer order in requested time and quality
• Creating the accounting documents for final settlement
• Processes and coordinates incoming requests from Service Delivery Managers and application - operation unit

Wage (gross)

880 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 880 EUR/brutto.
