Job description, responsibilities and duties

Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM).2nd and 3rd level environment.

Key accountabilities
-Responsible for installing, configuring and supporting WAN/LAN/Wireless/Firewall/LoadBalancer.
-Perform daily network operation tasks to provide stable customer service.
-Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
-Design solution based on customer requirements.
-Vendors: Cisco(switches, routers, WLCs and AP's), PaloAlto(firewalls), F5 (loadbalancer)
-Handling team hotline.
-Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
-Ensure stable network IT services, any deviations should be proactively remediated with vendors, if necessary.
-Train and participate on education of other employees.

Wage (gross)

From 1 150 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 150€/brutto.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

-Valid certification in given technology;
-Overview of the ITIL processes and Agile / Scrum Metodology;
-Communication, organisational and presentation skills;
-Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
-Customer service orientation;
-Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
-Technical documentation skills, able to produce clear and concise documentation;
-Highly self-motivated, organised and disciplined.

-Master´s degree - Information technologies

-ICT system engineering - minimum 2 years

-At least one advanced certificate for relevant platform

-Core platform knowledge - Expert (minimum 2 years)
-Related platform knowledge - Intermediate (minimum 1 year)
