Job description, responsibilities and duties

Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order in order) to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (2nd and 3rd level environment).

Key accountabilities
• Next Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration, and deployment
• Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products, with a focus on Next-Generation Firewall and some comparative technologies
• Tunneling protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSec
• IP Routing: Static, Network Address Translation
• Authentication methodologies, including 2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, AD
• Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of routers/switches, UNIX/Linux
• Experience with remote user access technologies
• PANOS Certificate Management
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution
• Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)
• Engineer and propose validated solutions which address the identified cybersecurity problems in each unrivaled environment

Wage (gross)

1 300 - 1 500 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€/brutto.
