Purpose
Internal Product Manager has responsibility for the complete Life Cycle Management of one or more of internal people development products. Holder of the position steers all necessary steps – from ideation to prototyping, up to design, implementation, operations and phase-out of a product. Internal Product Manager takes on the communication (also across team boundaries) and cooperation with all relevant stakeholders on a global scale.

Key accountabilities
• You manage life cycles of assigned complex, internal products with special requirements for the product and process structures and steer and support all measures from launch through to phase-out within the product life cycle
• You initiate and assist in new developments of products as part of interdisciplinary project teams in close consultation with internal customers
• You carry out and analyze benchmarks in the context of product optimization
• You create business cases; prepare draft resolutions for committees/bodies and management and are involved in or devising requirements documents, e.g., service specifications, including IT approval
• You plan and coordinate product launches/adjustments, steer internal service providers and devise and implement communications concepts/measures
• You advise internal customers on internal product standards and processes
• You plan/monitor budgets for the assigned products; approve budgets in the scope of the planned budget and ensure quality and cost effectiveness, including commercially optimizing the assigned products
• You manage and account for strategic projects

• Broad experience in classical project management and agile ways of working and collaboration.
• Senior experience in Managing strategic / group wide projects
• Sound understanding of group strategy and knowledge of key telco trends
• Excellent knowledge and experience in product design preferably with a specification in leadership training and coaching products
• Experience in the development of digital solutions and innovative products
• High level of digital literacy, preferably first experience in data science and AI projects
• Excellence knowledge and experience in customer centric design processes and tools (eg design thinking)
• Knowledge of and experience in group wide HR development processes and products including theoretical concepts and trends
• Academic degree preferably in HR Management/Psychology/Business administration/economics or similar qualification with managerial experience
• Very good understanding of the provider market and trends in learning and development
• Excellent skills in working with virtual collaboration tools
• Sound facilitation, training and moderation skills for in person settings and for virtual settings
• Experience in presenting on top management level
• Experience in international collaboration
