Job description, responsibilities and duties

In Incident and Problem Management Area:

• Error analysis and elimination
• Derivate measures in the event of an error
• Error cause analysis and elimination
• Documentation of errors and workarounds
• Development of workarounds through to error correction by the manufacturer
• Error analysis and elimination of interface problems, as well as communication with the interface partners
• Creation and implementation of hot fixes

In Monitoring Area

• Application, performance monitoring, interface monitoring
• Log file monitoring and evaluation
• Monitoring of data imports and documentation of license usage
• Event queue monitoring
• Derivation of measures

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Incident management - Skillful
problem management - Skillful

Personality requirements and skills

• have minimum 3 years experience in IT Problem and Incident Management
• speak German (B2) and English (B2)
