Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• You will be the IT owner and leader who guides the ART to the appropriate outcomes.
• Provide input to backlog refinement activities in order to align the business and IT needs.
• Understand and help specify that business objectives are comprehended and agreed to by key stakeholders.
• Prepare the communication of the business context, including Milestones and significant external dependencies.
• Support key activities, including the presentation of vision, draft plan review, assigning business value to Program Increment (PI) objectives, and approving final plans
Management scope
• People-management responsibilities (> 100 FTE)
• Budget responsibilities
#YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:#
Have the following experience:
• More than 5 years of management experience in IT environments and in leading large teams (>100 FTE)
• Have more than 2 years of experience in Cloud / IT Solutions/ Business transformation (Google, Aws)
• More than 3 years of experience in agile environments, Full SAFe is an advantage
• Transformation of large delivery units.
• Management skills ( budgets, KPIs, skills, etc.)
• Communication, negotiation & presentation skills on Senior VP-level
• Agile Mindset & Caring performance
• General IT Overview – Advanced
• Software Development - Intermediate
• Accounting – Basic
You should also have:
• Ability to provide feedback clearly and in constructive manner
• Ability to identify the added value for customer
• Target orientation
• Customer orientation
Speak English at least at the B2 level. Speaking German is your advantage.
