Vulnerability Management Analyst (All levels)

At DevologyX, we are seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst (All levels) for our client in the banking sector.

What you will do:

• Stay informed about newly published vulnerabilities and assess their relevance to the network and applications.
• Assist remediation teams in analysing reported vulnerabilities, evaluating false positives, and proposing mitigation measures.
• Guide remediation teams in adhering to the vulnerability management process.
• Continuously improve the vulnerability management process and platform in line with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DORA).
• Operate, maintain, and enhance the vulnerability scanning infrastructure.
• Introduce new vulnerability scanning methods and technologies to address the growing attack surface and evolving threat landscape.
• Identify and analyse recurring vulnerabilities in the network and applications, as well as their root causes.

• Knowledgeable in networks and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Unix/Linux).
• Experience in vulnerability scanning, including container image and web application scanning.
• Familiarity with Tenable or comparable scanning tools, and the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module is a plus.
• Basic skills in Python.
• Quick learner of new technologies, thriving in an agile-oriented environment with a flat hierarchy and open culture.
• Penetration testing skills and experience in exploiting vulnerabilities are beneficial.
