Vienna’s leading social software company “Die Socialisten” (https://die.socialisten.at/) is operating Walls.io (https://walls.io/) – a software-as-a-service product in the social media marketing space. Walls.io is a social media marketing hub that collects & displays content from 15 social media platforms on physical displays, websites, widgets, apps - basically everywhere you like. Or, as we say: Walls.io is the social wall for everyone! :) Our customers include international brands like Cisco, BMW, Dell, KTM, Metro, L'Oreal, Sixt, Toys'R'Us and Weber.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER [m/f]

This is what you bring to the table:
- have several years of experience in both frontend and backend software development
- have experience in working with a team on the same product
- have experience with PHP and PHP frameworks, ideally Laravel and/or CakePHP
- have experience with JavaScript, CSS (+ preprocessors)
- have experience with code versioning, ideally Git
- have experience with databases, especially MySQL
- be able to work on tasks independently. We don't like micromanaging and we want people we can trust.
- be a thorough code reviewer - every single line of code is reviewed by at least 1 other person before it is pushed to production. Big changes are usually reviewed and tested by 2 other people.
- be able to communicate directly with customers. While most of our support cases are handled by our dedicated support team, some cases will be delegated to you (if detailed info is needed or in more complicated cases).
- be compatible with us socially. We believe that it's not sustainable to hire a world-class developer if we don't like each other on a personal level.
