Job description, responsibilities and duties

- You will begin by helping us with marketing activities, promoting us and our jobs both in the Czech Republic and internationally. You won't be selling anything, the marketing activities will mainly include managing and developing our social media campaigns (company Facebook pages, Twitter accounts etc), posting our positions on job boards, administrating our website and so on. If you're willing and interested, we'll also encourage you to come with ideas for new content and have the opportunities to write articles/blogs for us.
- As part of the marketing administration, you will also monitor the performance and development of marketing channels and research and identify potential new channels and methods of reaching out to jobseekers,
-You will experience all aspects of recruitment agency work and the role will evolve to include direct handling of candidate applications including screening interviews and coordinating recruitment processes.
- We will also have some general data entry and office related tasks including managing adding candidate data to our CRM system, sending emails to candidates and so on.
