What You Will Do
Drive Daily Excellence: Lead, supervise, and elevate the daily operations of the sport bar, ensuring top-tier service standards, high energy, and seamless operations.
Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, coach, and motivate your bar and service staff to deliver proactive, friendly, and professional customer care.
Atmosphere & Engagement: Transform match days and major sporting events into prime entertainment experiences. Build strong customer loyalty and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
Financial & Inventory Oversight: Manage stock control, oversee bar administration, ensure accurate cash handling, and monitor venue profitability.
Gaming & Betting Operations: Supervise the integration of sports betting operations within the venue, ensuring compliance, customer guidance, and responsible gaming practices.
Standards & Reporting: Maintain flawless hygiene, operational organization, and brand presentation while reporting key performance metrics directly to executive management.

Starting Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 USD / month net (based on experience), with clear performance-based growth and career advancement opportunities within the executive hierarchy.
Rotation Schedule: Work rotation of 6 months on-site / 1 month fully paid leave.
Flight & Travel: Fully covered round-trip flights between your home country and Liberia.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Work Visas & Permits: All legal permits, work authorization, and visa processing fully managed and paid for.
Insurance: Comprehensive accident/health insurance coverage.

High flexibility to operate effectively during peak evening hours, weekends, and major tournament events.
Background in public relations, marketing promotions, or customer retention strategies is a strong advantage.
