Logistic manager

The work is in the Czech firm Idealogistic CZ s. r. o.
- Responsible for the management of a logistics team. Initially you will be responsible for a small team which will grow over time.
- You will be responsible for the management of logistical goods and services.
- Ensure your team and yourself develop a cost effective operation, and report and control all logistical operations.
- Develop new business and maintain service levels.
- Customer facing role, you are the main the point of contact.
- Analyse logistical problems and provide bespoke solutions.
- You will be responsible that all staff are trained adequately and identify any gaps.
- Regular and concise communication with upper management.

The responsibilities and duties for this position are dynamic, they are not limited to the above as the venture grows and develops your duties will expand. It is vital that a successful candidate has the ability and drive to grow with the venture this is a long term position.
