JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare technical layouts and laundry project designs for customer solutions
Act as the first point of contact for technical product and configuration questions
Create quotations, technical documentation, and project proposals
Support pricing activities, project calculations, margin analysis, and P&L preparation
Deliver technical product training and onboard new distribution partners to company systems and tools
Travel across the CEE region to support customers, partners, and sales teams with technical expertise

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
Technical education or experience in engineering, industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or a related field
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Commercial mindset and understanding of project-related business processes
Experience in technical sales support, application engineering, product management, or pre-sales roles is an advantage
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Fluent English is mandatory. Additional CEE language skills are a plus
