Job description, responsibilities and duties

For more than 17 years, our client has been supplying and servicing hydraulic marine cranes, deck equipment, offshore systems, and hydraulic installations on various types of vessels. The company works on newly built ships, refitted vessels, and offshore projects, providing assembly, upgrades, and high‑quality service.

We are currently looking for experienced pipe fitters who want to work on specialized projects in shipyard and marine environments.

Assembly, installation, and repair of marine piping systems and hydraulic systems in accordance with project documentation

Working with stainless steel pipes with diameters of 10–60 mm: bending, fitting, welding, and making supports

Welding pipes and pipeline components according to industry standards

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions

Following all safety procedures required in the shipyard environment

Cooperating with a team of pipe fitters, mechanics, and welders on complex projects

Candidates with education suit the position

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence

Experience in the position/sector

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a pipe fitter or in marine installation work

Very good knowledge of technical drawings and schematics

Communicative English or German

Category B driving licence and/or own transport — welcome

Independence, precision, and ability to work in a team
