Are you an experienced steel construction assembler looking for stable, long‑term work in the Netherlands?
For our client – a company specializing in the construction of steel halls, industrial buildings, and large structural frameworks – we are looking for skilled and reliable Steel Structure Assemblers to join their team.

Your Responsibilities

Assembling steel structures for industrial halls, warehouses, and commercial buildings

Reading and working from technical drawings and assembly schematics

Positioning, bolting, and fastening steel components (columns, beams, trusses, wall elements)

Preparing elements for welding; basic fitting and alignment work

Working at heights using lifts, platforms, or scaffolding

Ensuring safety and high‑quality execution on all construction sites

Collaborating with the installation and welding teams

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Polish - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence

Experience in the position/sector

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum 6 years of experience assembling steel structures or similar industrial constructions

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory)

Experience with power tools and steel assembly equipment

English or Polish language skills (communicative level) – preferred

Driving licence category B is an advantage

Independence, precision, and strong teamwork skills
