What to do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and challenger of our leaders to drive and execute our HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company goals
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, labour law and best practices along the whole employee lifecycle in AT, SK and CZ
  • Lead of our colleagues (HR Operations) in Bratislava to foster impact and team spirit
  • Lead and execute HR projects
  • Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and policies to drive Employee Experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and HR best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table

Personality requirements and skills

You check these boxes:

  • Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT
  • A deep understanding of HR best practices and policies, experience with SAP HR module would be beneficial
  • Profound knowledge of Slovakian labor market incl. Labor Law (knowing the Austrian labor market and Austrian Labor Law is a benefit) as well as passion for Compensation & Benefits
  • A proven track record of delivering results and building effective relationships with business leaders
  • Understanding of the needs and expectations of tech talents, our main target group, and a passion for technology and innovation
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • The ability to work collaboratively as well as to build consensus and strong relationships
