Job description, responsibilities and duties

The IT Process Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing and documenting IT and business processes. Helping to design, implement and facilitate process improvements. Design and monitor tools to track continuous process improvements.

-Implementation of standardized process and monitoring of process compliance.
-Implementation of standardized tools for continuous process improvements
-Business views of IT services, processes, assets, costs and budgeting.
-Creating and maintaining IT process documentation.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Hard Skills:
-2+ years of work experience, especially in the area of IT or business analysis
-Experience in IT and IT service management.
-Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools
-Experience with ITIL, Prince 2, PMI, Lean, Agile, Kaizen is a plus
-Experience with project delivery is a plus.
-Experience with change management is a plus
-Business and process analysis skillset.
-Fluency in business and technical English is required.

Soft Skills:
-Structured, systematic and analytical thinking.
-Ability to solve complex problems.
-Flexibility, reliability, responsible approach.
-Good communication skills, self-reliance, self-confidence.
-Ability to discuss issues with technical developers as well as business managers.

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD.
