ECommerce Support Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague, an eCommerce Support specialist, who will join our global digital team. Our business partners and distributors are seeking a state-of-the-art cybersecurity e-Commerce solution, and we are here to help them. You will be part of the team responsible for delivering projects with a global impact in e-Commerce system integration and providing support for it.

This position is a maternity leave cover.

You will:

• Provide technical and business support for the ESET regional offices via the ticketing system and other ESET channels (not end-user, customer support)
• Become a trusted e-Commerce consultant for ESET regional offices and ESET’s internal teams
• Create, analyze, evaluate, and especially test specific business and technical eCommerce features or functions
• Shape, adjust, and keep up to date with various tools/processes to help our team manage requests efficiently
• Create and improve business documentation needed for administration and development of the eCommerce system
• Monitor, report, and resolve issues generated by automated systems or partners
• Gather inputs and requirements for the e-Commerce system from ESET partners, offices, and internal clients as well

To succeed you need to have:

• at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• active English (at least B2)
• good understanding of complex systems, processes, and relations
• focus on detail and prioritization
• good command of MS package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• high level of communication and organization skills
• ability to quickly learn and grasp new information
• basic ability to read and cooperate on business or technical documentation (UML or BPMN diagrams)
• basic orientation in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API, SQL
