In IT Business Systems we focus to provide services and deliver software solutions to support ESET business specifically in areas of sales, distribution, product portfolio management, billing and customer care.

About the Role:

As a Product Owner in our SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), you'll play a critical role in shaping and owning the vision for our product. You'll work closely with analysts, architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders to manage requirements, prioritize backlogs, and drive delivery across program increments and sprints.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• craft and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap.
• deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• prioritize the product backlog based on business value and demands
• collaborate with discovery and delivery teams to ensure features are developed efficiently
• define requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the process
• gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the product
• become a subject matter expert on the product and domain

You're a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• proven ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions
• strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• passion for product development and a desire to learn new things

Bonus points if you have:

• experience in our industry or domain.
• certification in SAFe or related frameworks.
