Delivery Manager

In 2022, ESET has launched global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to support large companies and public institutions with bespoke cyber security solutions.
The Corporate Solution (CS) division is scaling up its cyber security professional services team that advise our corporate clients.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take responsibility for end-to-end, content based, delivery management of cybersecurity and cyber-resilience solutions for large corporate client and public institutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for delivery of the assigned parts of corporate solutions projects against approved scope, budget, work-effort, and quality including:
• coordination of required involvement and sub-deliveries of other resources across ESET organization, namely CS market facing resources, CS assess and architect resources, CS Value Proposition and Solution Architecture resources and ESET technology resources allocated to approved CS projects and delivery activities.
• management of delivery of 3rd parties, partners, and contractors against approved scope, budget, work-effort and quality on approved CS projects and delivery activities.
• Work side-by-side with Key Account Manager directly engaging with client delivery teams and stakeholders to build trusted and long-term commercial relationship.
• With the support of senior colleague, support Corporate Solutions market facing teams with market, client, and business opportunity development activities, through identification of new areas and value adding topics, shaping of new business opportunities to evolve and expand ESET solutions, products, and services.
• Be responsible for scope of delivery of the assigned part of the project which includes all delivery stages, i.e., analysis, design (including process / organizational aspects), development, testing, migration and business deployment and handover to operations (similar for agile development or other delivery methods).
• Cooperate with senior colleague to ensure estimating, planning, reporting and management of variances (deltas) against baseline plan, scope, budget.
• Apply and enforce ESET Corporate Solutions standards, delivery methodologies, processes, and tools to continuously improve speed, cost, and quality of delivery.
• Ensure timely goal setting, regular formal and informal feedback across supervised teams and individuals, in line with overall CS and ESET standards and requirements.

Our requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in technology field
• 5+ of delivery management experience (of which min. 2 years at project / program management role) with proven delivery track record of large-scale IT implementations and transformation
• Regional and international corporate and public sector delivery experience
• On-the-job & off-the-job development and leadership of delivery teams from hire to excellence
• SDLC methodology, tools, and best practices
• Agile delivery methodology, tools, and best practices
• Selected industry experience is an advantage (e.g., financial services, utilities, telco, manufacturing)
• English Language – C1 level
• structured, result oriented and effective communication across ESET internal organization involved in deliver of CS projects
• professional, top management communication, towards client - organization, partners, 3d parties, distribution channel entities or public institutions
