Eset Global Marketing Programs Specialist II
In this role, you will create content pieces that connect business customer needs and pain points with our solutions, and explain how we solve their challenges. Examples of such marketing content include blogs, handbooks, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, video demos, or product use-cases – the content being customer-centric and eye-appealing. Your ideas and content development will be supported by Technical Education team, Product Managers, Security Researchers, and internal Creative Studio with copywriters and designers. These content pieces will be deployed in marketing campaigns that will be translated and adopted by our local offices. The global character of this role consists in close collaboration with the key countries’ marketing teams to gather their inputs, feedback and buy-in. Based on the B2B segment strategy, product roadmap and priorities, you will be creating useful, educative, concise, and visually attractive content campaigns that will answer the questions of our B2B target audience and will allow our offices and partners around the world to promote ESET solutions, acquire new leads, and upsell current customers.
We expect you to:
- Support the Global Marketing to prepare content pieces for different business segments and campaigns, while employing SEO analysis and segment positioning
- Write or brief copywriters preparing content assets.
- Prepare a webinar for customers; eventually also present it.
- Manage delivery of various types and formats of marketing content such as white papers, guides, product webinars, presentations, scripts, videos, infographics, case studies, etc.
- Conduct research to enhance the content. This may also include identifying relevant topics, monitoring competition, collecting input ideas from internal teams and from key markets.
- Cooperate with various teams such as research, product management, business segments, global PR or technical education. - - Closely cooperate with local marketing in understanding their needs, collecting their feedback.
- Monitor and regularly evaluate performance of the different content assets and optimize it.
- Understand market, product, technology, competitor, customer.
- Provide support and input contents for offering activation campaigns.
- Advocate for your outcomes. Be ready to socialize your outputs with countries and internal stakeholders in webinars.
To successfully apply, you should:
- Have at least 3 years of experience on similar position, in marketing, sales, product management or technical education, on vendor or reseller side.
- Prove English C2 level proficiency to be able to create English content and to present to native speakers.
- Have a good knowledge of product marketing or digital marketing.
- Have a willingness to deep-dive into product content.

- Affinity to technology sector, market trends and products.
- Familiarity with ESET/competitor solutions, features, and benefits.

- Experience with marketing campaigns or lead-generation campaigns.
- Broad array of marketing experience and versatility is a plus, as the product content scope might not be the only agenda for this position – they may help with marketing program, campaigns or events.
