Job description, responsibilities and duties
You would be a part of a new, revolutionary product in the investment management industry - marketplace for wealth managers and family offices in Switzerland (https://evolute.com/en/evolute-marketplace-en/)
Your key responsibilities will be
- Conception, design, ongoing update and quality control of partner content on the marketplace
- Organization and management of partnerships (including preparation and responsibility over review meetings, first level support)
- Onboarding of new marketplace partners
- Support for and during sales pitches for the tool and marketplace (including design & formatting of pitch presentations, conception and update of marketing material, updating marketplace environment, RFP/RFI)
- Updating and managing customer contacts in CRM
- Prepare analyses and reports on marketplace users and partners

- Previous experience in finance would also be of great advantage
- Very good user skills of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel are a must
- Organizational skills, proactive approach and the ability to work independently are essential for this role
- We seek a self-starter and a self-motivated individual who is willing to learn a wide array of skills and who isn’t afraid to speak her/his mind
