Come and support EUMETSAT’s payroll and HR processes

Bringing together the resources of 30 member states, EUMETSAT observes the atmosphere and ocean surfaces from space using a system of satellites 365 days a year. Our data is vital for weather forecasts that help to protect lives and property, as well as monitoring the environment and our changing climate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or French - Advanced (C1) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We need you if you have experience of working in HR, with a focus on Payroll and Organisational Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in processing our payroll, invoices and purchase requisitions using an ERP system. You will support the HR Manager in preparing, implementing and monitoring our annual budgets and to assist in projects which will improve our HR processes and solutions.

We especially look forward to hearing from you if you have experience of working in an international environment You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a sound knowledge of SAP3/R3 HR or similar, with a focus on Payroll and Organisational Management. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to dealing with customer enquiries.
