We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing administrative and secretarial support at Board level. Working with our Director of Operations and Services to Users and his team, you will supervise the organisation of international conferences, monitor and control department administration budgets, maintain department working practices and provide direct secretarial support to the Director. This is a varied and challenging role with responsibility for supervising an administrative assistant and supporting the co-ordination of administrative services across EUMETSAT.

You need to be multi-lingual as our working languages are English and French, and for this role you will also need a working knowledge of German.
