For our international client with a global footprint in the automotive industry, we are looking for an experienced Senior Plant Manager, who will lead the company through a period of changes, performance improvements and change of corporate & communication culture.
Requirements & must have's :
- 10+ years experience as plant manager in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership profile leading operations of 700+ FTE plant
- A proven track record with change management and transformation programs
- Fluent English, Czech or Slovak
