Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our partner is international world leading IT services company. They are looking for strongly motivated and skilled accountants with business administration or finance background and fluent English (fluency in another language is highly appreciated as you will cooperate with other European entities).

As a general ledger accountant you will be responsible for:
* month end closing activities
* general ledger accounts reconciliations
* report distribution - P&L, Labor, Expense reports,...
* invoices approval
* clearing of transactions on BS accounts on monthly basis
* complying internal policies and procedures (SOX, Segregation of duties, ...)
* supporting internal and external audits
* cooperating with internal stakeholders
* cooperating with your colleagues on making processes more efficient
* documentation and system updating

You will be working in a friendly and motivating environment in the R2R team. General Ledger Accountant plays a critical part in the company's month-end close process resulting in complete financial statements.

Personality requirements and skills

We are searching for somebody who has:
* bookkeeping or accounting experience
* good MS Office skills
* good analytical and problem-solving skills

Also - experience with SAP R3 FI/CO, BW, SRM, LN databases is desirable.
