Testing Manager

I am in search for a skilled testing manager to take responsibility for the full life-cycle of projects and team results. In the role, you will closely cooperate with architects, leads and managers across several projects. Testing manager develops Test Strategy and Approach across customers and will ensure QA/Testing process and procedures are being done according to deadlines and in desired form.

You will be responsible for:

a ) Stakeholder management
- Ensure overall satisfaction from customer’s site
- Dealing with customer commentaries, escalating issues and updating stakeholders
- Building and managing good relationships with stakeholders on internal and external level
b) Delivery management
- As per lifecycle definition, deliver estimates in specified time and quality
- Ensuring the procedures and processes are followed within QA/Testing
- Cooperate with Architects and approve their test strategy for project
- Discuss further QA engagement with customers
- Validate test coverage, results and quality standards of the Platform
c) Quality Management
- Effective communication with company co-workers and customers
- On-time deliverables testing within quality target
- Continuous testing improvement, support proactive team members with their ideas
- Ongoing compliance measuring
d) Team Management
- Review, managing of new team members
- Performance reviews as per company standards
- Approvals of overtimes and absence management as per standards
- Resource planning management for own team
- Coaching and training to teams for better production and capability
