At this moment we are looking for a specialist for role of Technical Support Agent with German language in our beautiful Prague. Fully paid training in Germany is provided together with another great conditions!

As Technical Support Agent you will be responsible for:

* Provide telephone and remote support across various technologies
* Troubleshoot incidents
* Manage ongoing vendor related technical escalations through to completion
* Monitor progress against customer SLA's using GSOA systems
* Maintain and develop technical skills / certifications as advantage to support new and existing customers

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What would make you a good fit for this role?

* Experienced with Cisco any components - advantage, CCNA knowledge it's more than welcome but not necessary
* 1+ years' experience required in call centre managed services / services delivery environment within a medium to large IT organisation.
* English B2 and advanced German language
* Perfect customer focus and analytical thinking - that's all what you need :)
