Junior IT Helpdesk - DD
Do you have experience with IT HELPDESK (at least 1 year)? Do you speak ENGLISH and other language (German / Spanish / Italian) fluently? We are looking for a new colleague, who has strong communication and problem solving skills.
We don’t want typical technology skills and expected experience – we want a different approach, a driven attitude, an instinct to go beyond the ticket in front of you.
On this position you would be:
* Receiving service requests via telephone, e-mail, fax, internet or through monitoring systems
* External / internal communications with other teams
* Monitoring progress against customer SLAs using GSOA systems
* Highlighting errors/discrepancies in the customer data (CRM + Documentation)
* Participate in the delivery of other managed services
