Job description, responsibilities and duties

Would you like to start your career in financial field? Do you speak English and German fluently? Join the Accounts Payable team that is overlooking at the invoice processing and preparation of the cash disbursements. Accounts Payable team is predominantly focusing on proactive review of all supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. This position is suitable for graduates.

As Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for:
# Accounts Payable Processing – includes posting and parking high volumes of invoices based on the company processes
# Matching purchase orders to invoices (PO invoices )or using coding to book the invoices (NON PO invoices)
# Check of the invoices to ensure all relevant information is present.
# Preparing payment runs and manual payments
# Supplier statement reconciliation
# Perform payment runs (BACs, CHAPS, cheques...)
# Send out remittance advices

For the position Accounts Payable Specialist is needed:
# Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
# Understanding and practical knowledge of processes in Finance
# Excellent English + German communication skills
# MS Office skills, specifically Excel & Word desirable
# Knowledge of SAP and SRM is highly advantageous
# Strong attention to detail, numerical thinking, problem solving
