We are looking for an IT Network Security administration or support with the advanced English language and any other European language – German, Dutch, French, Spanish and Czech, knowledge of Cisco technologies and experience with Data Centers.

We are looking for L2 Network Security Engineers!

As Network Security Support Engineer (L2) you will be responsible for:
- providing second-line remote technical support to clients
- managing incidents of medium complexity
- monitor infrastructure – ensure that assigned infrastructure site is configured, installed, tested and operational
- ensure resolution of incidents and requests – investigate second line support calls assigned to them and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
- develop detail work instructions for L1 Engineers to follow and complete requests
- submit change implementation plan with risk assessments and roll-back action
