We are looking for IT Service desk analyst with English and German!
As a IT Service Desk Analyst you will be:
- Providing remote technical support to clients
- Level 1 support with the main focus on Data Centre Technologies
- Ticket coordination between client and partners
- Basic trouble shooting supporting Data Centre Technologies with focus on Linux and Windows Servers
- Working in enterprise environment - work on shifts- 24x7 rotation
- Technical coordination and preparation of technical documentation and reports
