Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you want to use your knowledge and skills in accounting? You want to work in the oldest IT services company ? So do not hesitate and join the team of accountants. You will work in an international environment and a modern complex in Prague.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for:
• Accounts Payable Processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Checking invoices to ensure all relevant information is present, searching for appropriate backup to determine the correct coding, and resolving disputes
• Monthly intercompany reconciliation – including downloading the GL from SAP, preparing proper reconciliation, confirming balances with country partners, solving any discrepancies within the threshold limit, determining and posting unrealized foreign exchange gains/losses
• Maintaining the IWO database
