How would you like to start working for a big Czech IT player- in a cool team and for decent money?
All we require is good English and German/ French/ Dutch communication skills, positive mindset and willingness to learn new things in IT.
You will be responsible for
• improving user confidence in the user of computer software
• helping to implement and improve processes and procedures within the team allowing strong service focused deliverables
• troubleshooting to identify, assess, record, resolve and / or escalate incidents and service requests ensuring they are handled within an agreed time limit, within agreed processes and in a professional and customer sensitive manner
• responding to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
