We are an international company leading in energy management and automation field. We are looking for people who will support our clients with their technical problems. You will be responsible for answering phone calls end e-mails as the first line of contact for the company.
What exactly will you do?
• Technical Remote support
• Assist our customer with software installation, and device onboarding
• Support customer app and account setup and explain how to use it via call, chat and email
• Check Data, Alarm and Log file (when available) for advanced troubleshooting (avoiding unnecessary visits)
• Transfer to Product expert when required
What we need?
• Advanced spoken English: B2
•Knowledge of Italian or Spanish at least on advanced level
• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving
• Ability to work in shift environment (3x8hrs or 2x12hrs)
This is a great opportunity to use your languages skills on daily basis, work in an international environment and gain valuable experience and knowledge.
If you have experience in technical customer care you will get a higher salary based on your skills.
