Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

– Good communication skills and ability to define things clearly and understandably
– Ability to “negotiate in” or “deal with” an authentic work situation
– Practical experience with managing long-term development of assigned team(s) and commercial product(s)
– Experience with Agile (Scrum) software development
– Innovate; find new way(s) of working and ensuring short and effective learning cycle.
