We invite you to take over the overall delivery strategy and management of a portfolio of major international clients in a range of professional fields.

You will work in our deluxe offices in the heart of Prague and have every resource needed to manage delivery for a successful recruitment team including a solid base salary and bonus structure. As the team’s success increases, so does yours.

If you have 4+ years in the recruitment industry, a professional team and client approach and the drive to maximize team results, we would very much like to invite you to interview.

Your Role:

• Liaise with Senior Management to ensure team delivery strategy is aligned with overall corporate strategy
• Work closely with the Sales Managers for optimization of client selection and cooperation
• Oversee the delivery of recruitment services to a wide portfolio of international clients
• Work with such clients to establish and continue the best possible cooperation
• Provide consultation to Senior Consultants
• Mentor Recruitment Consultants and Researchers
• Oversee recruitment training
• Balance vacancy management
