Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Recommendation of solutions and resolution of problems across a variety of IT platforms to minimize the impact of IT changes on business
-Logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records
-Understanding computerized data entry systems and uses of these systems to track activities
-Maintaining composure in critical situations
-Working closely with other team members and supporting teams in resolving open issues
-Daily communication with customers via phone and email

As a Service Desk Support, you will handle incoming incidents and requests from employees working for our customers. These requests for assistance are ranging from end-user logon problems to functional support to business units.
Your ambition will be to get the problem solved within the first contact. The support is provided in various languages for our customers’ global organizations, currently, we are looking for a new colleague with fluent Dutch & English.
