Our client is Denmark consulting company in IT operations, implementation and development.
You would have the possibility with your colleagues from China, Denmark, the US, Switzerland and the Philippines.

As IT Operations Line Manager you would be responsible for:
* leading the team of 15+ people focusing on solution architecture and security
* motivating the team, encourage creativity
* monitoring the performance of team members according to KPIs and SLAs
* managing HR processes - compensation, benefits, retention,...
* working on process improvement activities
* resolving issues and conflicts within the team

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
