Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have some skills from IT Helpdesk or Application Support? Do you speak German and English well? Then we have a great opportunity to satisfy any requests, as you can choose shifts and number of working hours:

1. Full-time work with day-time shifts (from Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day)
2. Full-time work with night shifts Monday-Sunday (3-4 shifts a week from 7 pm to 7 am). REMOTE
3. Part-time work with night shifts Monday-Sunday (each shifts from 7 pm to 7 am). REMOTE

• This is a combination of the First & Second Level Support to the end-users
• Solving issues related to computer software and hardware and mobile devices
• Lodging and tracking requests, tickets
• Communication via phone and email
• Daily use of German (customers) and English (colleagues) languages
• Location in the modern office near metro station

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Native or at least C1 German + B2 English
• Previous relevant experience or IT knowledge (hardware and basic software knowledge – OS, Office, Communication apps, computer skills)
• Customer-oriented, good problem-solving skills
